InEthnic and/or its affiliates provide website features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at InEthnic.com, use InEthnic products or services, or use software provided by InEthnic in connection with any of the foregoing. InEthnic provides the Services subject to the following conditions. This user agreement ("Terms and Conditions" or "T&C" or "Terms" or "Agreement") is between you ("you" or "End User" or "your" or "Buyer" or "Customer" or "Registered User") and InEthnic ("COMPANY" or "us" or "we" or "InEthnic.com"). This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. Not with standing anything contained or said in any other document, if there is a conflict between the terms mentioned herein below and any other document, the terms contained in the present T&C shall alone prevail for the purposes of usage of the Site.

We can at any time modify the Terms & Conditions without any prior notification being provided to you. You can access the latest version of the Terms & Conditions at any given time on the Website. You should regularly review the Terms & Conditions on the Website. In the event the modified Terms & Conditions are not acceptable to you, you can discontinue using the service. However, if you are continuing to use the service you will be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of this Website.

The price of our merchandise as mentioned on InEthnic.com is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product. Such MRP shall be subject to local tax, surcharge, shipping and processing fee that shall be charged as are applicable in India. COMPANY reserves the right to collect taxes and/or such other levy/ duty/ surcharge that it shall have to incur in addition to the normal taxes it shall have to pay.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any product.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank/s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

All payments made against the purchases/services on InEthnic.com by you shall be as against the price displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by COMPANY. Before shipping your order to you, we will request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done so as to ensure a safe and a fool proof online shopping environment to our users.

COMPANY shall employ PayPal, Razorpay and such other third party facilities available, for Payments on the Website. Such payments shall be made through the electronic mode only, as may be permitted by COMPANY which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

For security purposes, your billing name and address must match that of the Credit/Debit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not match these criteria.

The price displayed for goods and services remains the same regardless of the country of delivery. For international shipping depending on the country of delivery there may be Customs Duty & Taxes as explained in the International Delivery Clause.

A shipping charge will be applied at checkout unless stated in any promotional offer

We ship almost all over the world. All orders for international deliveries are subject to our Terms and Conditions. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

A shipping charge is applicable for every transaction. Sometimes Shipping charges are fully or partially waived based on the promotions.

All delivery deadlines will depend on address details supplied and stocks being present at the time of dispatch. If there are any discrepancies in your order we will contact you, so please be sure to provide correct contact numbers with area codes, as well as an email address.

We will try to deliver all orders received, however, if you are not at home a card will be left and the parcel will be delivered to a Neighbors or returned to the depot. It is your responsibility to collect it or arrange re-delivery.

If a parcel is returned as undelivered we will offer a refund for the items only. If you still require the parcel to be resent a further shipping charge is applicable.

In some cases, if you are not reachable unavailable at the given address for more than 7 days, the courier company would destroy the parcel. In such cases, we would not be responsible for the parcel. No refund claims would be entertained in such scenarios.

We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.

We are not liable to pay a refund for late delivery if the consignment does not have a complete and accurate address, pin code and telephone number for the customer.

We are not liable to pay a refund for late delivery due to delays during the customs clearance process. Or for delays caused by acts or omissions of your details or other regulatory agencies.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have made payment for the same, the said amount will be reversed back to the account from which payment was made.

If for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order you have placed. This should happen within 24 hours of placing an order.

You can email us on care@inethnic.com for any cancellation request. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services.

Products ordered in Clearance sale cannot be canceled once an order is placed.

Once an order is canceled, you could option to get a full refund of the value of the transaction or option to get a full redeemable coupon code or store credit.

Some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. You are responsible for checking with local customs authorities before placing an order for international delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for any delay or failure in the product reaching you due to any customs, legal or regulatory restrictions. We may at our discretion refuse to process an order for any product if we believe that delivery may be subject to any restriction in the destination country.

All prices are quoted and products are sold by us on a delivery duty unpaid basis. You may have to pay a customs fee or import duty before the product can be delivered to you. Further taxes, fees or levies may also be payable depending on the local laws of the jurisdiction of delivery. We cannot take any responsibility for this and you have to check any additional costs of international delivery to your preferred jurisdiction before placing an order.

The price remains the same but VAT/Duties are not charged and you are not entitled to any discounts or VAT/Duty refunds. The price displayed for goods and services remain the same regardless of the country of delivery.

International Payments may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website in the currency you have chosen to pay. The settlement would happen in the chosen currency. You may be charged a processing fee by your card issuer in case you don’t choose to pay in your local currency. Please check the same with your issuing card bank or society.

To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. If your order is canceled and your card is charged, we will reverse the charged amount to your account except the processing fee of payment gateway or as per the conditions of Transaction merchant.

The customer may be considered fraudulent if any of the following scenarios are met:

Customer doesn't reply to the payment verification mail sent by us.
Customer fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification.
Misuse of another customer's phone/email.
Customer uses invalid email and phone no.
Overuse of a voucher code.
Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used.
Customer returns the wrong product.
Customer refuses to pay for an order.
Customer is involved in the snatch and run for any order.

Products displayed on COMPANY attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, COMPANY does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by COMPANY is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact COMPANY within 48 hours of receipt and COMPANY reserves the right to provide a solution as per its discretion. COMPANY is not liable to issue any refunds or allow exchanges and/or returns as a matter of policy.

Many of our products are embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage. They may be hand embroidered or machine embroidered or in a combination of both hand embroidery & machine embroidery. These garments should be worn with care and are mainly for special occasion wear.

There would be variation in embroidery, design, color or material as it is handmade and the combination is decided by the artisan at the time of processing. Two products from the same product code or design may have variations in colors or embroidery because of hand processing.

Check for the fabric for each product in the description. Please note that the product cost varies based on the fabric used to make a product.

A garment may have variations in patterns due to individual dyeing methods.

Please ensure that the first wash is 'Dry Clean' only, Heavy Embroidered products can only be Dry Cleaned.

Casual items should be washed separately in cold water and thoroughly rinsed (do not leave to soak). It is better to refer the wash cash instruction in the description of the product purchased.

Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colors are not guaranteed. We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the wash care instructions given.

All products with embossed or rubber prints should be reverse ironed.

Any displacements to sequin beading or embroidery cannot be deemed to be a defect in the garment but are caused by the very nature of the work. Extra beading is supplied. In these cases, postage cannot be claimed in refunds.

Outfits may have a smell of paraffin which is due to the process used to dry clean garments after embroidery. This smell will evaporate once the garment has been removed from packing.

Each design or style comes with a fit based on the style chosen by the designer. The fit specification is provided in the description. Two different styles or designs may have different fits even if it is purchased for the same measurements.

Important: All garments are stitched based on the measurements you provide. In case your measurements are not correct then you may not find the garment fit to match your expectations. You must give us the right measurements at the time of placing your order.

InEthnic products are made by artisans, weavers, craftsmen, and manufacture across the subcontinent. Each of the ethnic fashion items is carefully made after a series of processes that require multiple tasks like weaving, dyeing, pattern making, embroidery, tailoring, etc. Given the complexity in production, occasionally a product may not be produced as per the output expected and so we may seek your approval for. This may result in your order getting delayed.

Incase our garment construction expert team notices that the measurements you have provided are not right or if there is a variation then we may approach you to cross-check the measurements again. The time taken for this measurement recheck may delay an order.

At any point of time during the garment construction process, it cannot be canceled.

Our focus is to avoid returns and to learn the root because we may ask for pictures of some made to measure items and improve our quality to avoid any future possible errors. At the same time, we want your experience with us to be positive and carefree and so we have an easy return policy.

Refunds would not be accepted for custom made/stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However, we would accept returns if there are any faults from our end.

In case if you do not like the product which you received from us, you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 7 days. We will give 90% refund and rest 10% is payment processing & other misc. charges.

Returns can be made from your local post office or courier company. Please ensure that you retain the postage receipt and obtain adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned goods. As we cannot accept any liability of items until they have been received by our offices.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of any returns. A refund can only be issued either back into the credit card or debit card or store credit or as a refund gift voucher.

During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods processing refunds may be slightly delayed.

The refunds would be processed, only if the product has tags intact and is in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.

At no point in time, we would issue refunds, more than the product value.
